Who we are
This store is operated by YooCool. You can reach customer service via our Contact page.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order and completing payment creates a binding order. We send an order confirmation by email once payment is received. If we cannot fulfil an order we notify you and refund it in full under our Cancellation Policy.
Pricing and currency
All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and include the item price only. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and if a price is corrected after you order we contact you before charging and you may cancel for a full refund.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems. Your payment provider may apply its own terms and currency conversion charges.
Shipping and delivery
Processing times, destinations, delivery estimates, and any customs duties are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.
Returns, refunds, and cancellation
Your rights to return an item, receive a refund, and cancel an order are set out in full in our Returns Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Product information
We take care to describe products accurately. Colours may vary between screens, and natural fibre products vary slightly between individual pieces. If an item is materially different from its description, it is covered by our Returns Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and not to place orders using payment details you are not authorised to use.
Legal and export restrictions
We ship only to the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the items you order may lawfully be imported into your country, and for any duties or taxes that apply on arrival.
Promotions
Any discount, promotion, or coupon is subject to the specific terms published with it, applies only while stated, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
