Cancellation Policy
How to cancel an order before it ships, and what happens if it has already shipped.
Cancelling before dispatch
You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been handed to the carrier we cancel it and refund the full amount, including shipping.
After dispatch
Once an order has been handed to the carrier it can no longer be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the item under our Returns Policy, in which case the return shipping terms in that policy apply.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we cannot verify the order or payment details. If this happens we notify you by email and refund the full amount, including shipping, within 5 business days.
Changes to an order
To change the shipping address, size, or quantity of an order that has not shipped, contact us. We confirm by email whether the change is possible before it takes effect.
