5. 5. We confirm your order by email straight away
6. 6. Your item ships and you receive tracking by email

Processing Time

• Free standard shipping on orders over $200
• Express options and exact rates shown at checkout for your destination

• Total shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, based on your destination and selected service.
• Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

Where We Ship

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. If we are unable to ship to your address we notify you before payment is taken.

Duties and Taxes

Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the item price or the shipping charge shown at checkout. Your local customs authority may charge these on arrival.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number and link are sent to the email on your order as soon as it ships. You can follow the parcel's progress with that link.

Wrong Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address, email [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]] as soon as possible. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address you provided, and correcting an address after dispatch may not be possible.

Returns

Returns are reviewed case-by-case. If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from the description, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or washed, or for custom-sized orders.
