Return & Replacement Policy

At Yoocool, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we've made our return and replacement process as simple as possible.

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or replacement.

Eligibility

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Free-weight products must be unopened
• Electronics must be returned in original sealed packaging

How to Request

1. Log in to your Yoocool account
2. Go to My Orders and select the item
3. Click Return / Replace and choose your reason
4. We'll arrange a pickup or share a return address within 24 hours

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit.
