  • Return pickup + inspection: 2-3 business days
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Credit to bank/card: 5-7 business days total

Non-Refundable Items

  • Intimate apparel and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital downloads and e-books
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" at purchase

Partial Refunds

Items returned in a used or damaged condition may qualify for a partial refund (up to 50% of the item value). We'll notify you of the amount before processing.
