Refund Policy
We want every purchase at Yoocool to be a positive experience. If for any reason you need to request a refund, here's how we handle it.
Refund Timeline
- Return pickup + inspection: 2-3 business days
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days after inspection
- Credit to bank/card: 5-7 business days total
Non-Refundable Items
- Intimate apparel and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital downloads and e-books
- Products marked as "Final Sale" at purchase
Partial Refunds
Items returned in a used or damaged condition may qualify for a partial refund (up to 50% of the item value). We'll notify you of the amount before processing.
